As founder and President of Sector Capital Management, Bill is the chief architect of the Sector Plus equity strategy. He plays a key role in portfolio management and oversees all of the firm’s business operations. Bill also plays a role in marketing and client services. Prior to founding Sector Capital in 1995, Bill was the Manager of Trust Investments at Federal Express Corporation for 8 years where he successfully directed the investment of $3 billion in employee benefit assets, including pension, 401(k) and LTD plans. It was while he was at Federal Express that Bill developed the Sector Plus strategy in 1991. |

Rex joined Sector Capital in 1999 as the Director of Research. He was promoted to Partner in 2006. As a Principal in the firm, he plays a primary role in portfolio management and investment research. He was instrumental in developing the quantitative screening process used in stock selection for Sector Capital Managements various investment strategies. He supervises trading, and performs the numerical analysis of the investment strategies. Rex also plays a role in marketing and client services. |

Jamie joined Sector Capital Management in 2006 as a Financial Analyst. As the newest member of the Sector Capital team, she assists in portfolio management and investment research. She played a primary role in authoring and designing Sector Capital’s website, and assists the company in other marketing endeavors. Jamie has over 6 years of business experience. Prior to joining Sector Capital, she was an Associate Analyst and Technical Writer for GDS Associates, Inc., a multi-service consulting and engineering firm. Jamie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Furman University in Greenville, SC. |
